Markets: primarily Poland, but also Czech Republic and Slovakia

Sector: the main parameter is not the industry sector, but an opportunity and growth potential:

• dynamically growing firms with owners/managers who have a clear plan how to boost growth but who, however, need an investor
• a firm on the market - a new interested party seeking a co-investor who can join the transaction and actively participate in managing the firm (for investment funds, family office, etc.)

Equity range between € 5 million and 50 million.                                                                                                                      If higher investments are required, collaboration with co-investors from a private equity fund of family office.
