Czech manufacturer of dietary supplements with non-alcoholic drinks
- 2001-2006 – member of the board of directors, minority shareholder
- establishment of the drinks division in the Czech Republic, division director
- creation of the Relax brand – 30% market share in fruit juices (2003)
- successful acquisition of Fontea, a.s., one of the largest bottled water producers in the Czech Republic
- 2004 – management of the sale of the food division assets to the Polish Maspex Group*
- 2005-2006 – Managing Director of Maspex - Walmark for the Czech Republic and Slovakia
* Maspex Group is one of the leaders in the food sector in Central Europe (annual turnover 14.2 billion Polish zlotys).
In 2020, Walmark's dietary supplements division was sold to the German pharmaceutical group STADA.
Permedia
Polish manufacturer of colouring agents and additives for plastics
- 2008 – external crisis manager for the Benson Oak private equity investment fund, managing director of Zaklady Chemiczne Permedia (part of the Bochemie Group), a company traded on the Polish stock exchange

- 2012 - Michal Wygrys purchased a controlling stake in Permedia; the company subsequently left the stock exchange

- 2019 – Permedia entered the TOP 3 in the Central European region in the masterbatch category (colouring agents and process additives for plastics)
- in mid-2019, he sold Permedia to the Polish chemical company LERG S.A., which is owned by Marian Kwiecień
